Better known as: The Athlete with A Rapsheet, was born in Boston, MA and raised in Worcester, MA. He’s a talented individual, with not only his music, but also in Sports. BigNateAllstar was drafted twice by two professional baseball teams, at the ages of 17 and 22 (Oakland As and Toronto Bluejays). He played for Toronto Blue Jays, after being caught with firearm at the age of 19, so overcoming adversity has been a major part of his life. He also played professional football and tried out for CFL. That alone sets him aside from any other artist. His pops is Willie Bennett, the man convicted of murder in the famous 1989 Charles Stuart case, that involved an innocent black man from Mission Hill, Boston, being convicted of murder and then for held for many years after. Also, cousin of Joseph Bennett, convicted of murder, spent 22 years in prison for a murder he also didn’t commit. Since the passing of Allstars mother in 2009, he took a step back from the sports to care for family. In that time, he got caught-up in the streets and harassed by police on many occasions. He was subsequently arrested on many charges, stunting his return to baseball. Many years later he started to pursue a career in music, as a way to vent and tell his story. These events alone give Allstar real topics to speak on. 2010 and 2011 is when he created a serious buzz with the internet, blogs, radio and performances. In under a year, he has been featured on WorldStarHiphop with videos directed by Jr Saint and videos With Beanie Sigel, Joyner Lucas, and has also performed 45 Shows (within his first 2 years) and over 500 shows in his career. In a short time, to date, he has opened for major artists in the game including: Jcole, Tyga, Wale ,Raekwon, Styles P, Jadakiss, Kid Ink, and Wu Tang after-parties. He has performed live with Cappadonna and Beanie Sigel. He opened for Maino, DipSet, Fred the Godson, Araab, Muzik, Tory Lanez, Cormega, RedCafe, and Jeremiah. Not to mention, he has sold out shows in Brazil and is currently on tour With Wu Tang Clan. BigNateAllstar has released a mixtape every year themed “Athlete with a Rapsheet”, that includes features with well known artists such as Beanie Sigel, Sheek Louch, and Joyner Lucas. “AthleteWithARapSheet: Xtra Innings” features major artists as well and was hosted By 50 Cent, Dj Chubby Chub and Dj Scope. It’s also been featured on over 60 DJ Scope mixtapes. BigNateAllstar has many projects in the works. An album with Cappadonna has recently been released titled “Black is Beautiful”, and is looking forward to a successful career in music. BodyBars Inc is the movement.
