1. Any Emcee can enter the Bars contest, as long as you spit your BARS to our Beat Of The Week and Follow Us on Facebook and Instagram.
2. In order to enter the “Bars Of The Week” online contest, download the Beat Of The Week, record your bars VIA phone, webcam or studio upload your MP4 (fill out form below click on the button “Submit Video”).
3. The Video should be of good quality (clear and non-pixelated, with quality audio)
4. Winner of the Bars Of The Week contest will post each Monday morning via Boom Bap Nation IG, FB and Website
