John Jigg$, also known as Teflon John, began his musical journey in 2013 with “D.R.U.G.$ (Destined To Reach Undeniable Greatness).” Since then, he’s built an impressive career, releasing 11 albums, 3 EPs, numerous singles, and collaborations with major artists. His buzz extends worldwide, gaining recognition on FM radio stations, college charts, and media outlets across the globe. His 2020 hit single “Everyday (Cool Like That)” Produced by Streetrunner peaked at #2 on college Top 10 charts and had a six-week run on Shade 45. This helped to cement his 2020 “Jigganometry” as one of the best albums of the year.
Jigg$ has headlined and been featured on several national and international tours. Having been co-signed and collaborated with hip hop legends like 50 Cent, EPMD, Benny The Butcher, Shabaam Sahdeeq as well as the late great Biz Markie and Grand Daddy IU. In 2020, Jigg$ served up a memorable Halftime Performance at Floyd Mayweather’s Celebrity Basketball Game live at the Amway Center in Orlando, FL as his track “Everyday” continued to dominate airwaves. 2021 brought another milestone as Jigg$ signed a partnership with Next Records. Teflon John then went on to release 3 critically acclaimed projects in 2 years (The Madness, Twin Cannons 2, Preacher’s Son).
In 2023 John Jigg$ seemed to come full circle, continuing to tour nationally and internationally with Hip-Hop legends like Ras Kass and Tash of the Alkoholiks. Jigg$ topped off and incredible year releasing new albums “Jigganometry 2” as well as his joint album “Don’t Feed The Bears” with Shabaam Sahdeeq.
Jigg$ latest release S.O.U.L (Something Our Underground Lost) has received high praises from critics alike, receiving airplay on both internet and terrestrial radio as well as coverage on multiple
