During our conversation he discussed connecting with DJ Drama for their new project, being selective with his features, his new project “Hot Shot”, setting consistent goals for himself, the culture of South Central, not knowing his true self when he first joined the gang, staying out of jail since the year of 2014, his last encounter with prison, changing his life for the better, joining the gang when he was 13, not having many opportunities outside of the gang, having an entrepreneurship mindset from very early on, picking up the hustle from the streets, shady people messing up the industry, not being into rap at first, locking in with Nipsey Hussle, the city not recovering after Nipsey’s passing, LA music scene coming together, opposite sides linking up to making music, a collab tape with 03Greedo being in the vault, learning that independent was the route for him after his time with Roc Nation, teaching financial literacy to artists, advice to the youth and much more!
