A Soundtrack for St. Louis” When I traveled to different cities last year, I spent time playing essential albums from artists who helped define those places.
In LA, I drove around listening to good kid, m.A.A.d city, The Documentary, Victory Lap, and The Chronic. Those records made the city feel familiar. They gave the streets meaning and energy. That experience inspired STL MADE. I wanted to create a song that feels like a soundtrack for St. Louis.
A record that could open a film about the city. Something soulful, and meaningful. A song that captures the landmarks, culture, history, and people that make St. Louis what it is. For visitors, STL MADE is a musical tour guide. It points to important places, iconic figures, and the spirit of the city itself.
To the outside world, St. Louis is often defined by headlines. But to us, it is the hustle city. It is culture, resilience, pride, and untapped greatness.
