Baron Von Alias Takes Hip-Hop to the 25th Century With “Buck Rogers” Featuring The High & Mighty & Copywrite

Baron Von Alias is taking underground hip-hop straight into the 25th century with his latest single, “Buck Rogers,” featuring The High & Mighty and Copywrite.

Produced by Doc Sus with cuts from DJ Mighty Mi, the track brings Baron together with Mr. Eon and Copywrite for a lyrical collision built on rugged production, confident bars and a futuristic concept.

Inspired by the legendary science-fiction character, “Buck Rogers” plays directly into Baron Von Alias’ identity as a self-proclaimed time-travelling rapper. The concept finds the MCs positioning themselves so far ahead of the competition that everyone else is still trying to understand what they’re doing.

DJ Mighty Mi’s “They Can’t Think, They Can’t Speak” cuts add another layer to that message and give the record some classic underground flavor behind the turntables.

“Buck Rogers” also continues the buildup toward Baron Von Alias’ forthcoming album, Bootstrap Paradox, a project centered around time travel, interconnected stories and moments that eventually come full circle.

With The High & Mighty, Copywrite, Doc Sus and DJ Mighty Mi all entering Baron’s universe, “Buck Rogers” feels like another major piece of a much bigger puzzle.
